Kundalini Yoga,
The Flow of Eternal Power
by Shakti Parwa Kaur Khalsa is one of my favorite
yoga books to learn the philosophy and teachings of yoga. It is
written in a very easy to understand, conversational style and there
are great yoga sets and meditations at the end of the book. A
must-have for every yoga student. |
The Kundalini
Yoga Experience
This book is great if you want to get an overview of
the Chakras and the Ten Bodies. It also has great color pictures
and would make a great outline for a yoga series. Especially
recommended for yogis with experience or teachers.

Bountiful, Beautiful, Blissful
A manual for pregnancy - the yoga way. My students have said it
is their favorite of all their pregnancy books and alleviates a lot of
worry and anxiety that may arise during pregnancy. It has great
yoga exercises, breathing, and meditation for all stages and for both
mothers and fathers -to-be. |
