Eating is a fast way to health when it is done

Food has always been a part of complete health. This way of eating
is good for the body. It is
easy to digest (and be regular). I don't feel sluggish after I eat it,
like I did with other food. It is warm and nourishing and the
tastes are like nothing I have had before: delicious, not over-powering.

includes a chapter explaining how all the
ingredients are also natural medicines for health and the basics of the Ayurvedic system of eating.
It also explains how to get all the protein I need, I have so
much energy to work and play.
